Contributions to PACs are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. A person can contribute no more than $4,000 to one Maryland state campaign account and a total of $10,000 to all Maryland non-federal campaign accounts during the four year cycle, including in-kind contributions. The current cycle began on January 1, 2007 and will end December 31, 2010.
